In 1991, Wayne started Arena Sports Inc. as a wholesale business with a focus on outfitting sports teams. Ten years later, Wayne opened Arena Sports Connexion, a retail sports store located in the heart of Clark. Wayne's main focus is leading the sales force and providing a high level of customer service to all there customers. Waynes life has revolved around sports. He attended William Penn University on a baseball scholarship and later went on to recruit. Wayne has also been active in the Clark School district, working as a teacher and coach. Prior to Arena Sports, Wayne worked as an account executive for Masco Sports in Union.
